Recipe for making Chana Dal Pakora Sabzi :
To make Chana Dal Pakora Sabzi, first soak the chana dal overnight, and then wash it three to four times in the morning, and then grind it coarsely in a mixer.
Now take out the grinded dal in a bowl, and then add half a teaspoon of salt, 5 to 6 green chilies finely chopped and mix everything well.
Now heat a pan on the gas and then add oil to it. As soon as the oil is heated well, put the grinded dal that we have mixed and kept aside in the oil, giving it the shape of small pakoras with the help of the palm, and then fry it by turning it over and over until it becomes golden. Fry all the pakoras in the same way and take them out in a plate.
Now again put five tablespoons of oil in the pan and heat it, and then add panchphoran, bay leaf to it. As soon as the panch phoran and bay leaves crackle, add asafoetida to it and then add finely ground coriander, mustard seeds, green chillies and tomatoes. Now add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder and fry the spices well on a low flame.
Now add about five glasses of water and let the gravy boil well. As soon as the gravy starts boiling, add pakodas to it and add salt according to taste and let it boil well on a medium flame for ten to fifteen minutes. Now add finely chopped coriander and turn off the gas.
There you go, a very tasty and spicy gram dal pakoda sabji without garlic and onion is ready. Serve it with rice, roti, puri or paratha.
