Ingredients for making bread rolls:
1. Bread : 1 packet
2. Potato : 1/2 kg
3. Ginger: 1 inch piece
4. Green Chillies: 6 to 7
5. Black pepper: 8 to 9 grains
6. Whole cumin seeds: 2 tbsp
7. Garam Masala : 1/2 tbsp
8. Roasted peanuts : 4 to 5 tbsp
9. Mozzarella Cheese
10. Refined Oil
11. Besan : Half a bowl
12. Mustard oil: 4 tbsp
12. Salt to taste
Method for making bread rolls:
First of all boil the potatoes, now peel them and mash them well with hands.
* Crush ginger and green chilies coarsely. Roast cumin and black pepper on low flame and crush them too.
* Now heat a pan on the gas and add mustard oil to it and heat it and reduce the flame of the gas completely.
* As soon as the oil becomes hot, add grated ginger and green chilies and stir it for two minutes and then add mashed potatoes.
* Now add salt, roasted cumin and black pepper powder, roasted peanuts and garam masala according to taste and fry the potatoes on low flame for about five minutes.
Now turn off the gas and take out the potatoes in a plate and let them cool down. Take some water in a vessel and soak the bread in a little water and press it with both the palms to remove its water and take out the edge of the bread from all sides.
* Now place potato stuffing by filling two spoons on the bread and put a spoonful of mozzarella cheese and press it with your hands from all sides and make it in a round shape and keep it in a plate, stuffing stuffing in the same way in all the bread.
* To fry bread rolls, put an iron skillet on the gas and then add refined oil to it and heat it, as soon as the oil becomes hot, turn the gas flame to medium.
* Now make a thin batter by adding water and light salt to the gram flour and wrap the stuffed bread in gram flour and then put it in hot oil and fry it well after turning it on low flame and take it out in a plate.

Similarly fry all the bread rolls and serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
