भगवद्गीता अध्याय 6 से लिया गया श्लोक संख्या 40

श्री भगवानुवाच

पार्थ नैवेह नामुत्र विनाशस्तस्य विद्यते।

 न हि कल्याणकृत्कश्चिद् दुर्गतिं तात गच्छति।।40।

*भगवान ने कहा - हे  पृथापुत्र कल्याण कार्यों में निरत योगी का न तो इस लोक में और न ही परलोक में ही विनाश होता है। हे मित्र, भलाई करने वाला कभी बुराई से पराजित नहीं होता।

तात्पर्य : श्रीमद्भागवत में श्री नारद मुनि व्यासदेव को इस प्रकार उपदेश देते हैं -

      त्यक्तवा स्वधर्मं चरणाम्बुजं हरेर्भजन्नपक्कोऽथ पतेत्ततो यदि।

यत्र क्क वाभद्रमभूदमुष्य किं को वार्थ आप्तोऽभजतां स्वधर्मत:।।

यदि कोई समस्त भौकित आशाओं को त्याग कर भगवान् की शरण में जाता है तो इसमें न तो कोई क्षति होती है और न पतन। दूसरी तरफ अभक्त की बात करें तो वो अपने अपने व्यवसायों में लगे रहते हैं फिर भी वे कुछ प्राप्त नहीं कर पाते ।

जीवन में आध्यात्मिक उन्नति अर्थात कृष्णभावनामृत के लिए योगी को समस्त भौतिक कार्य कलापों का त्याग करना होता है। कोई यह अनुमान लगा सकता है कि यदि कृष्णभावनामृत पूर्ण हो जाए तो इससे सर्वोच्च सिद्धि प्राप्त हो सकती है, परंतु यदि यह सिद्धि प्राप्त नहीं हुई तो तो भौतिक तथा आध्यात्मिक दोनों दृष्टियों से मनुष्य को क्षति पहुंचती है।

शास्त्रों का आदेश है कि यदि कोई व्यक्ति स्वधर्म का पालन नहीं करता तो उसे पाप फल भोगना पड़ता है। भागवत पुराण कहता है कि असफल योगी को चिंता करने की जरूरत नहीं है। भले ही उसे ठीक से स्वधर्माचरण न करने का फल भोगना पड़े तो भी वह घाटे में नहीं रहता क्योंकि शुभ कृष्णभावनामृत कभी विस्मृत नहीं होती। 

जो इस प्रकार से लगा रहता है वो वह अगले जन्म में निम्नयोनी में भी जन्म लेकर पहले की भांति ही भक्ति करता है। दूसरी ओर अगर कोई नियत कार्यों को दृढ़तापूर्वक करता है, परंतु यदि उसमें कृष्णभावनामृत का अभाव है तो जरूरी नहीं कि उसे शुभ फल प्राप्त हो।

इस श्लोक का तात्पर्य यह है कि मानवता के दो विभाग किए जा सकते हैं - नियमित तथा अनियमित।

 जो लोग अगले जन्म तथा मुक्ति के बिना पशु के तुल्य इन्द्रिय तृप्ति में लगे रहते हैं वे अनियमित विभाग में आते हैं, और जो लोग शास्त्रों में वर्णित कर्तव्य के सिद्धांतों का पालन करते हैं वे नियमित विभाग में आते हैं। अनियमित विभाग में कार्यरत लोग कभी भी कल्याणकारी नहीं होते क्योंकि वे पशु की भांति आहार, निद्रा, भय और मैथुन में लगे रहते हैं, जो सदा ही दुखमय है। किन्तु जो लोग शास्त्रों के नियमों का पालन करते हैं और कृष्ण भावनामृत को प्राप्त होते हैं वे निश्चित रूप से जीवन में उन्नति करते हैं।

कल्याण मार्ग के अनुयायियों को तीन भागों में विभाजित किया जा सकता है (1) भौतिक संपन्नता का उपभोग करने वाले शास्त्रीय विधि विधानों के लोग,(2) इस संसार से मुक्ति पाने के लिए प्रयत्नशील लोग और  (3)कृष्णभावनामृत के भक्त।

पहले वर्ग के लोगों को पुनः दो श्रेणियों में विभाजित किया जा सकता है - सकामकर्मी तथा इन्द्रिय तृप्ति की इच्छा न करने वाले । सकामकर्मी जीवन के उच्चतर स्तर तक उठ सकते हैं, यहां तक कि वे स्वर्गलोक को जा सकते हैं तो भी इस संसार से मुक्त नहीं होने के कारण वे सही ढंग से शुभ मार्ग का अनुगमन नहीं कर सकते।

          शुभ कर्म तो वे हैं जिनसे मुक्ति प्राप्त हो। कोई भी ऐसा कार्य जो  बिना कृष्णभावनामृत के किया गया हो वह रंचमात्र भी कल्याणप्रद नहीं होता।कृष्णभावनामृत संबंधी कार्य ही एकमात्र शुभ कार्य है और जो भी कृष्णभावनामृत के मार्ग पर प्रगति करने के उद्देश्य से अपनी इक्षा से समस्त शारीरिक असुविधाओं को स्वीकार करता है वही कठिन तपस्या के द्वारा पूर्ण योगी कहलाता है।

* God said - O son of the earth, the yogi engaged in welfare works is neither destroyed in this world nor in the hereafter.  O friend, the one who does good is never defeated by evil.

Purport: In Shrimad Bhagwat, Shri Narada gives instructions to Muni Vyasadeva as follows -

tyaktva svadharmam charanambujan harerbhajannapakotha pattetto if.

Yatra ke vabhadrambhudamushya ki ko varth aaptoऽbhajatam swadharmatah..

If one surrenders all material hopes and takes refuge in the Supreme Personality of Godhead, there is neither loss nor downfall.  On the other hand, if we talk about the non-devotees, they are engaged in their respective professions, yet they are unable to achieve anything.

For spiritual advancement in life i.e. Krsna consciousness, the yogi has to give up all material activities.  One can infer that if Krsna consciousness is perfected it can lead to the highest attainment, but if this accomplishment is not achieved then one is harmed both from the physical and spiritual point of view.

The scriptures dictate that if a person does not follow the svadharma, he has to suffer the consequences of sin.  The Bhagavata Purana says that the unsuccessful yogi need not worry.  Even if he has to suffer the consequences of not performing self-righteousness properly, he is not at a loss because good Krishna consciousness is never forgotten.

One who is engaged in this way, in the next life, he takes birth in the lower yoni and does the same devotion as before.  On the other hand, if one performs the assigned tasks with perseverance, but if he lacks Krsna consciousness, he does not necessarily get auspicious results.

The meaning of this verse is that humanity can be divided into two divisions - regular and irregular.

Those who engage in sense gratification like an animal without next birth and liberation fall into the irregular department, and those who follow the principles of duty as described in the scriptures fall into the regular department.  People working in irregular department are never welfare because they are engaged in feeding, sleeping, fear and sex like animals, which is always sad.  But those who follow the rules of the scriptures and attain Krsna consciousness certainly make progress in life.

The followers of the Kalyan Marga can be divided into three parts: (1) those who enjoy materialistic opulence, (2) those striving for liberation from this world, and (3) the devotees of Krishna consciousness.

The people of the first category can be further divided into two categories - the positive workers and those who do not desire sense gratification.  The positive workers can rise to a higher level of life, even they can go to heaven, yet because they are not free from this world, they cannot properly follow the auspicious path.

Good deeds are those from which liberation is attained.  Any such work which is done without Krsna consciousness is not beneficial even at the slightest. Work related to Krsna consciousness is the only auspicious work and one who willingly accepts all bodily discomforts in order to progress on the path of Krsna consciousness is very difficult.  One is called a complete yogi through penance.

त्वदन्य: संशयस्यास्य छेत्ता न ह्युपपद्यते।।39।।

*अर्जुन भगवान से कहते हैं कि हे कृष्ण यही मेरा संदेह है, और मैं आपसे इसे पूर्णतया दूर करने की प्रार्थना कर रहा हूं। आपके अतिरिक्त और कोई ऐसा नहीं है जो इस संदेह को नष्ट कर सके।

तात्पर्य : कृष्ण भूत,वर्तमान तथा भविष्य के जानने वाले हैं। भगवद्गीता के प्रारंभ में ही भगवान ने कहा है कि सारे जीव भूतकाल में विद्यमान थे, इस समय विद्यमान हैं और भवबंधन से मुक्त होने पर भविष्य में भी बने रहेंगे।

* इस प्रकार भगवान जीव के भविष्य विषयक प्रश्न का स्पष्टीकरण कर दिया है। अब अर्जुन असफल योगियों के भविष्य के विषय में जानना चाहता है।

*कोई न तो कृष्ण के समान है,और न ही उनसे बड़ा। यहां तक कि बड़े बड़े ऋषि तथा दार्शनिक,जो प्रकृति की कृपा पर निर्भर हैं, निश्चय ही वो भी उनकी बराबरी नहीं कर सकते।

*अतः समस्त संदेहों का पूरा पूरा उत्तर पाने के लिए कृष्ण का निर्णय अंतिम तथा पूर्ण है, क्योंकि वे भूत, वर्तमान तथा भविष्य के ज्ञाता हैं, किंतु उन्हें उन्हें कोई भी नहीं जानता। कृष्ण तथा कृष्णभावनाभावित व्यक्ति ही जान सकते हैं कि कौन क्या है।

Ethanme sanshyam krishna chettumarhasyasheshat.

Tvadanya: doubtful chheta na hyuppadyate..39.

Arjuna says to the Lord that this is my doubt, O Krishna, and I am requesting you to remove it completely.  There is no one other than you who can destroy this doubt.

Purport: Krishna is the knower of past, present and future.  At the very beginning of the Bhagavad-gita, the Lord has said that all living entities were present in the past, are present in the present and will remain in the future if they are freed from material bondage.

* In this way the question regarding the future of Lord Jiva has been clarified.  Now Arjuna wants to know about the future of the unsuccessful yogis.

No one is equal to Krishna, nor greater than him.  Even the great sages and philosophers, who are dependent on the grace of nature, certainly cannot match them.

Therefore, to get a complete answer to all doubts, Krishna's decision is final and complete, because He is the knower of past, present and future, but no one knows Him.  Only Krishna and Krishna conscious persons can know who is what.

भगवान अपने भक्तों को कभी हारने नहीं देते

*एक छोटी सी कहानी जिसे सुनकर ये सीख मिलती है कि अगर हम कृष्ण भावनामृत में पूरी तरह से जुड़कर और ,अपने आपको पूरी तरह से भगवान के शरणागत कर दें तो भगवान हमें कभी हारने नहीं देंगे।

*एक गांव में एक किसान रहता था जो कि भगवान का बहुत बड़ा भक्त था। एक दिन वो अपने खेत में काम कर रहा था कि अचानक से उसके खेत में एक बहुत ही सुंदर घोड़ा आ गया।

                    *घोड़े को लेकर किसान अपने घर चला गया, घोड़े को देखकर लोग किसान से कहने लगे कि अरे वाह तुम तो बहुत भाग्यशाली हो जो तुम्हें इतना सुंदर घोड़ा मिल गया,अब तुम्हारी गरीबी दूर हो जाएगी, तुम्हारे साथ तो बहुत अच्छा हुआ, उसपर किसान ने कहा अच्छा हुआ कि बुरा हुआ ये तो भगवान जानते हैं।

              *थोड़े दिन बाद वो घोड़ा कहीं भाग गया, लोगों को पता चला तो लोग कहने लगे कि अरे ये क्या हो गया तुम्हें तो इतना अच्छा घोड़ा मिला था और अब वो भाग गया, तुम्हारे साथ  तो बहुत बुरा हुआ, किसान कहने लगा कि अच्छा हुआ कि बुरा हुआ ये तो भगवान जानते हैं।

*कुछ दिनों बाद ये घोड़ा अपने साथ बीस और घोड़ों को ले आया, लोग कहते हैं वाह भाई तुम्हारे साथ तो बहुत अच्छा हुआ तुम्हारे तो अब चांदी ही चांदी हो गए । किसान कहने लगा अच्छा हुआ कि बुरा हुआ ये तो भगवान जानते हैं।

                 कुछ दिनों के बाद किसान का बेटा घोड़े के ऊपर घुड़सवारी कर रहा था और वह गिर जाता है। उसके पैरों में बहुत चोट लग जाती है जिसकी वजह से वो ठीक से चल नहीं पाता है। अब वो बच्चा बहुत रो रहा था और किसान बहुत दुखी होता है तो लोग कहते हैं कि तुम्हारे साथ तो बहुत बुरा हुआ, किसान कहता है कि अच्छा हुआ कि बुरा हुआ ये तो भगवान जानते हैं।

                  *कुछ ही दिनों बाद उस इलाके में जंग छिड़ गई साथ वाले देश के साथ, राजा ने अपने सैनिकों से कहा कि हमारे पास सेना कम हैं तो  इस गांव में जितने भी जवान लड़के हैं सबको पकड़कर युद्ध के लिए ले आओ।

                  *सैनिक सबके बच्चों को पकड़कर ले गए सिवाय उस किसान के बच्चे को छोड़कर जिसके पैरों में चोट लगी थी। लोग कहते हैं कि भाई तुम्हारे साथ तो बहुत अच्छा हुआ,हमारे सारे बच्चे तो मरने चले गए, उन्हें तो सैनिक युद्ध के लिए पकड़कर ले गए और तुम्हारा बच्चा तुम्हारे पास है, तुम तो बड़े भाग्यशाली हो।

                  किसान अब भी यही कहता है कि अच्छा हुआ कि बुरा हुआ ये तो भगवान जानते हैं।  इस कहानी से हमें यही सीख मिलती है कि,भगवान अपने भक्तों को कभी हारने नहीं देते, क्योंकि कृष्ण हमेशा उनके साथ होते हैं, हो सकता है कि उसे कई बार बहुत परेशानियों से गुजरना पड़े लेकिन कई बार अपने भक्त पर आए हुए बहुत बड़े संकट को भी भगवान बहुत थोड़े में ही टाल देते हैं। कृष्ण  अपने भक्तों को कभी हारने नहीं देते , आप पूरी तरह से भगवान के प्रति शरणागत होकर तो देखो।

* A short story which is learned by listening that if we get fully involved in Krishna consciousness and surrender ourselves completely to God, then God will never let us lose.

There lived a farmer in a village who was a great devotee of God.  One day he was working in his field when suddenly a very beautiful horse came in his field.

* The farmer went to his house with the horse, seeing the horse, people started saying to the farmer that oh wow you are very lucky to have got such a beautiful horse, now your poverty will go away, very good happened to you, farmer on that  Said it was good that God knows that bad happened.

After a few days that horse ran away somewhere, when people came to know, people started saying that hey what happened, you got such a good horse and now he ran away, with you it was very bad, the farmer started saying that it is good  God knows that bad happened.

* After a few days, this horse brought twenty more horses with him, people say, Wow brother, it was very good with you, now silver has become silver for you.  The farmer started saying that it is good that God knows that bad happened.

 After a few days a devotee's son was riding a horse on a horse and he falls.  His feet hurt a lot, due to which he is unable to walk properly.  Now that child was crying a lot and the farmer is very sad, then people say that very bad happened to you, the farmer says that it is good or bad happened, God knows this.

After a few days, a war broke out in that area, along with the neighboring country, the king told his soldiers that if we have less army, then capture all the young boys in this village and bring them to war.

The soldiers took away everyone's children except the child of the farmer whose feet were hurt.  People say that brother, it was very good with you, all our children went to die, the soldiers took them for war and your child is with you, you are very lucky.  The farmer still says that it is good that if bad happens, God never loses, because Krishna is always with him, he may have to go through a lot of troubles many times, but sometimes he has to face a big crisis on his devotee.  God postpones very rarely.  Krishna never lets his devotees give up, you completely surrender to the Lord and look.

ब्रेड रोल रेसिपी (बिना लहसुन प्याज के)

ब्रेड रोल बनाने में लगने वाली सामग्री  :

1. ब्रेड : 1 पैकेट 

2. आलू : 1/2 kg

3. अदरक :1 ईंच का टुकड़ा

4. हरी मिर्च : 6 से 7

5. काली मिर्च : 8 से 9 दाने

6. साबुत जीरा : 2 टेबल स्पून

7. गरम मसाला : 1/2 टेबल स्पून

8.  भुने हुए मूंगफली के दाने : 4 से 5 टेबल स्पून

9. मोजरेला चीज़ 

10. रिफाइन तेल

11.बेसन : आधा कटोरी 

12. सरसो तेल : 4 टेबल स्पून 

12. नमक स्वादानुसार

ब्रेड रोल बनाने की विधि :

*सबसे पहले आलू को उबाल लें, अब उसे छील कर हाथों से अच्छे से मैस कर लें।

*अदरक और हरी मिर्च को दरदरा कूट लें। जीरा और काली मिर्च को धीमी आंच पर भूनकर उसे भी कूट लें।

*अब गैस पर एक पैन गरम करें और उसमें सरसो तेल डालकर उसे गरम करें और गैस का फ्लेम बिल्कुल कम कर दें।

*तेल जैसे ही गरम हो जाए तो उसमें कूटा हुआ अदरक और हरी मिर्च डाल कर दो मिनट चला लें और फिर मैस किया हुआ आलू डाल दें।

*अब स्वादानुसार नमक, भुना हुआ जीरा और काली मिर्च पाउडर , भुने हुए मूंगफली के दाने और गरम मसाला डाल कर आलू को धीमी आंच पर करीब पांच मिनट भून लें।

*अब गैस को बंद कर दें और आलू को किसी प्लेट में निकाल कर ठंडा होने दें। किसी पतीले में थोड़ा पानी लें और ब्रेड को हल्का सा पानी में भिगो कर उसे दोनों हथेली से दबा कर उसका पानी निकाल दें और चारों तरफ से ब्रेड का किनारा निकाल लें।

*अब ब्रेड पर दो चम्मच भर कर आलू का स्टफिंग रखें और एक चम्मच मोजरेला चीज़ डाल कर उसे चारों तरफ से हाथ से दबा दबा कर गोल शेप में बनाकर एक प्लेट में रख लें, सारे ब्रेड में इसी तरह से स्टफिंग भर कर रख लें।

*ब्रेड रोल तलने के लिए गैस पर एक लोहे की कड़ाही रखें और फिर उसमें रिफाइन तेल डालकर गरम करें जैसे ही तेल गरम हो जाए तो गैस का फ्लेम मिडियम कर दें।

*अब बेसन में पानी और हल्का नमक डाल कर उसका पतला घोल बना लें और स्टफिंग किए हुए ब्रेड को बेसन में लपेटकर फिर गरम तेल  में डाल दें और धीमी आंच पर उलट पलट कर अच्छे से तल कर प्लेट में निकाल 

लें।

 

*इसी तरह से सारे ब्रेड रोल को तलकर निकाल लें और गरमा गरम हरी चटनी या टोमैटो सॉस के साथ सर्व करें।

Ingredients for making bread rolls:

1. Bread : 1 packet

2. Potato : 1/2 kg

3. Ginger: 1 inch piece

4. Green Chillies: 6 to 7

5. Black pepper: 8 to 9 grains

6. Whole cumin seeds: 2 tbsp

7. Garam Masala : 1/2 tbsp

8.  Roasted peanuts : 4 to 5 tbsp

9. Mozzarella Cheese

10. Refined Oil

11. Besan : Half a bowl

12. Mustard oil: 4 tbsp

12. Salt to taste

Method for making bread rolls:

First of all boil the potatoes, now peel them and mash them well with hands.

* Crush ginger and green chilies coarsely.  Roast cumin and black pepper on low flame and crush them too.

* Now heat a pan on the gas and add mustard oil to it and heat it and reduce the flame of the gas completely.

* As soon as the oil becomes hot, add grated ginger and green chilies and stir it for two minutes and then add mashed potatoes.

* Now add salt, roasted cumin and black pepper powder, roasted peanuts and garam masala according to taste and fry the potatoes on low flame for about five minutes.

Now turn off the gas and take out the potatoes in a plate and let them cool down.  Take some water in a vessel and soak the bread in a little water and press it with both the palms to remove its water and take out the edge of the bread from all sides.

* Now place potato stuffing by filling two spoons on the bread and put a spoonful of mozzarella cheese and press it with your hands from all sides and make it in a round shape and keep it in a plate, stuffing stuffing in the same way in all the bread.

* To fry bread rolls, put an iron skillet on the gas and then add refined oil to it and heat it, as soon as the oil becomes hot, turn the gas flame to medium.

* Now make a thin batter by adding water and light salt to the gram flour and wrap the stuffed bread in gram flour and then put it in hot oil and fry it well after turning it on low flame and take it out in a plate.

Take it

Similarly fry all the bread rolls and serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.

भगवद्गीता अध्याय 6 से लिया गया श्लोक संख्या 38

कच्चिन्नोभयविभ्रष्टश्छिन्नाभ्रमिव नश्यन्ति ।

अप्रतिष्ठो महाबाहो विमूढो ब्रम्हण: पथि।।38।।

*यहां अर्जुन भगवान से प्रश्न करते हैं कि हे महाबाहु कृष्ण, क्या ब्रह्म प्राप्ति के मार्ग से भ्रष्ट ऐसा व्यक्ति आध्यात्मिक तथा भौतिक दोनों ही सफलताओं से परे नहीं होता और छिन्नभिन्न बादल की भांति विनष्ट नहीं हो जाता, जिसके फलस्वरूप उसके लिए किसी भी लोक में कोई स्थान नहीं रहता।

* यहां अर्जुन भगवान कृष्ण से प्रश्न करते हैं कि हे महाबाहु कृष्ण ,क्या ब्रम्ह प्राप्ति के मार्ग से भ्रष्ट व्यक्ति आध्यात्मिक तथा भौतिक दोनों ही सफलताओं से वंचित नहीं रहता और छिन्न भिन्न बादल की भांति विनष्ट नहीं हो जाता जिसके फलस्वरूप उसके लिए किसी लोक में कोई स्थान नहीं रहता?

तात्पर्य : उन्नति के दो मार्ग हैं। भौतिकवादी व्यक्तियों की अध्यात्म में कोई रुचि नहीं होती,अंत: वे आर्थिक विकास द्वारा भौतिक प्रगति में अत्यधिक रुचि रखते हैं।यदि कोई अध्यात्म के मार्ग को चुनता है तो उसे सभी प्रकार के भौतिक सुख से विरक्त होना पड़ता है।

यदि महत्वाकांक्षी ब्रम्हवादी असफल होता है तो वह दोनों ओर से जाता है। अर्थात वह न तो भौतिक सुख ही प्राप्त करता है और न ही आध्यात्मिक।उसका कोई स्थान नहीं रहता,वह छिन्न भिन्न बादल के समान होता है।

कभी कभी आकाश में एक बादल छोटे बादल के टुकड़ों  से अलग होकर एक बड़े बादल के टुकड़ों से जा मिलता है, लेकिन अगर वह बड़े बादल के टुकड़ों से नहीं जुड़ पाता है तो हवा का एक तेज झोंका उसे उड़ा ले जाता है और वह विराट आकाश में लुप्त हो जाता है।

भगवान श्री कृष्ण परम सत्य के पूर्ण प्राकट्य हैं, अतः जो जो भी इस परमपिता परमेश्वर की शरण में जाता है वही सफल योगी है। ब्रम्ह तथा परमात्मा साक्षात्कार के माध्यम से जीवन के इस लक्ष्य तक पहुंचने में अनेकानेक जन्म लग जाते हैं। 

अतः भगवान कहते हैं कि दिव्य साक्षात्कार का सबसे सरल और आसान मार्ग है भक्तियोग या कृष्णभावनामृत की प्रत्यक्ष विधि।

अर्थात इसका निष्कर्ष यह है कि आध्यात्मिक सफलता प्राप्त करने के लिए सबसे आसान तरीका है भगवान श्री कृष्ण की भक्ति करना और अपने हरेक कार्य को कृष्ण को समर्पित करना अर्थात अपना हरेक कार्य कृष्ण के लिए करना।

Here Arjuna asks Lord Krishna that, O great-armed Krishna, does a person corrupted by the path of attainment of Brahman not be deprived of both spiritual and material successes and does not perish like a scattered cloud, as a result of which no one in any world is there for him.  No place?

Meaning: There are two paths to progress.  Materialistic persons have no interest in spirituality, in the end they are very much interested in material progress through economic development.

If the ambitious Brahmavadi fails, he goes from both sides.  That is, he receives neither material happiness nor spiritual. He has no place, he is like a dissipated cloud.

Sometimes a cloud in the sky separates from the pieces of a small cloud and joins the pieces of a big cloud, but if it is not able to join the pieces of the big cloud, then a strong gust of wind blows it away and that vast sky  vanishes in.

Lord Shri Krishna is the complete manifestation of the Absolute Truth, so whoever takes refuge in this Supreme Father Supreme Soul is a successful yogi.  It takes many births to reach this goal of life through the realization of Brahman and Paramatma.  Therefore the Lord says that the simplest and easiest way to transcendental realization is the direct method of bhakti-yoga or Krishna consciousness.

That is, its conclusion is that the easiest way to achieve spiritual success is to worship Lord Shri Krishna and to dedicate every work to Krishna, that is, to do everything for Krishna.
