अमर कथा

अमर कथा भागवत का एक बहुत ही सुंदर प्रसंग है एक दिन ब्रम्हा जी ने देवताओं की एक सभा बैठाई। देवताओं ने प्रश्न किया कि प्रेम क्या है, ब्रम्हा जी ने कहा कि प्रेम श्रृष्टि की सबसे अनमोल वस्तु है प्रेम के बिना तो श्रृष्टि की कल्पना भी नहीं की जा सकती है। 

तभी कुछ देवताओं ने प्रश्न किया कि सबसे ज्यादा प्रेम किसमे है, वहीं पास में नारद जी बैठे थे उन्होंने कहा कि ये भी कोई पूछने वाली बात है सबसे ज्यादा प्रेम तो हमारे प्रिय भगवान विष्णु और माता लक्ष्मी में ही हो सकता है।कुछ देवताओं ने कहा कि ब्रम्हा ब्रम्हाणी में सबसे ज्यादा प्रेम होना चाहिए। 

कुछ ने कहा कि ब्रम्हा जी तो श्रृष्टि के रचयिता हैं उन्हें तो उन्हें तो श्रृष्टि के रचना से कभी फुर्सत ही नहीं मिलती तो उनके पास ब्रम्हाणी के लिए कहां समय होगा, और अब बात आई भगवान विष्णु की तो उन्हें तो उनके भक्त दिन के चौबीसों घण्टे जब भी प्रेम से बुलाते हैं तो वो उसी समय माता लक्ष्मी को छोड़ अपने भक्तों के पास दौरे चले जाते हैं।

सबसे ज्यादा प्रेम तो भोले बाबा और माता पार्वती में ही है क्योंकि वो तो दिन रात माता पार्वती के साथ कैलाश पर्वत पर ही निवास करते हैं, बहुत कम समय के लिए ही वो कैलाश से कभी जाते होंगे और उनका आपस में कभी झगड़ा भी नहीं होता। 

इतना सुनते ही नारद जी बोल पड़े तो मैं अभी कैलाश पर्वत जाकर आपको दिखाता हूं कि उनकी लड़ाई कैसे नहीं होती। तभी नारद जी कैलाश पहुंचकर माता को पूछते हैं कि माता भोले बाबा कहां हैं मुझे उनसे कुछ ज़रूरी बात पूछनी थी,तो माता कहने लगी स्वामी तो अभी कुछ ही समय पहले कहीं बाहर गए हैं आप मुझे बता दीजिए कि आपको क्या काम है उनसे, उनके आते ही मै उन्हें बता दूंगी।

 नारद जी कहने लगे नहीं माता ये बहुत गुप्त बात है मैं आपको नहीं बता सकता। माता ने कहा अरे नारद जी हम दोनों के बीच कोई भी बात गुप्त नहीं रहती महादेव अपनी हर बात मुझे बताते हैं।तो नारद जी कहने लगे तो आप बताएं कि क्या आप अमर कथा के बारे में जानती हैं। माता ने कहा अमर कथा के बारे में मै तो नहीं जानती, तभी नारद जी ने कहा अमर कथा भोले शंकर उसी को सुनाते हैं जिनसे वो सबसे ज्यादा प्रेम करते हों।

 नारद जी चले गए,माता सोचने लगी ऐसी कौन सी कथा है जो स्वामी ने मुझसे नहीं कहा,इसका मतलब वो मुझसे सबसे ज्यादा प्रेम नहीं करते। माता रूस्ट होकर बैठ गई, तभी भोलेनाथ कैलाश पधारे उन्होंने माता का चेहरा देख कर ही भांप लिया की आज तो देवी किसी बात से रुस्ट हो रही हैं। 

उन्होंने माता से पूछा क्या बात है आप कुछ परेशान दिख रही हैं, माता ने कहा पहले आप बताईए कि आप मुझसे सबसे ज्यादा प्रेम नहीं करते हैं क्या? भोले बाबा ने कहा ये भी कोई पूछने की बात है क्या मै सदैव आपसे ही सबसे ज्यादा प्रेम करता हूं। 

परंतु बात क्या है आप मुझे ये तो बताएं। माता ने कहा आपने मुझे कभी अमर कथा के बारे में क्यों नहीं बताया, भोले बाबा ने आंख बंद करके देखा और समझ गए कि अच्छा तो ये देवी को भड़काने का काम नारद जी ने किया है।

 माता ने कहा मुझे आज और अभी अमर कथा सुनना है बाबा ने कहा ठीक है मैं आपको आज अमर कथा सुनाऊंगा परंतु उसके कुछ नियम का पालन आपको करना पड़ेगा। अमर कथा के दौरान आपको एक क्षण के लिए भी सोना नहीं है ।

इस कथा के दौरान निद्रा रानी परीक्षा लेने आती हैं और अगर आपका ध्यान थोड़ी देर के लिए भी इधर उधर भटका तो आप निद्रा की गोद में सो जाएंगी ,और आपको इस कथा का कोई भी लाभ नहीं मिलेगा।

 क्योंकि कथा के दौरान मै भी आंख बंद करके ध्यान में रहूंगा तो अगर आप सो गई तो मुझे पता नहीं चलेगा तो इसके लिए मै आपको एक उपाय बताता हूं कि जब मै कथा सुना रहा हूंगा तो आप बीच बीच में हूं स्वामी हूं स्वामी करके हूंकार भरते रहिएगा जिससे मुझे पता चलते रहेगा की आप जाग रही हैं। 

माता ने कहा ठीक है मैं ऐसा ही करूंगी आप कथा आरंभ करिये। कथा आरंभ करने से पहले भोले बाबा ने पहली ताली बजाकर कैलाश पर बैठे सारे जीव जंतुओं को वहां से दूर कर दिया, दूसरी ताली बजाकर अपने त्रिशूल को कैलाश के चारों तरफ तीन बार परिक्रमा करने भेजकर वहां आस पास छुपे हुए जीवों को दूर कर दिया। 

और तीसरी ताली बजाकर वहां के वातावरण को चारों तरफ से सुगंधित ,शांतीपूर्ण और भक्तिमय बना दिया। कल्पतरू वृक्ष के नीचे बैठकर जैसे ही कथा का आरंभ किया तभी उस कल्पतरू वृक्ष के ऊपर एक अंडे से फूटकर शूक बालक का जन्म हुआ। 

जन्म लेते ही वो बालक वहीं बैठे बैठे अमर कथा सुनने लगा। कथा के आरंभ में ही माता को नींद आ गई, अब वो शुक बालक कथा को सुन रहा था और बीच बीच में हूं स्वामी हूं स्वामी करके हुंकारें भर रहा था ।

 क्योंकि तोता स्वभाव से ही दूसरों की नक़ल उतारने में माहिर होता है तो उस बालक ने जैसे माता को हूं स्वामी हूं स्वामी करते हुए देखा था वो भी उसी तरह से बीच बीच में बोले जा रहा था महादेव कथा कहते कहते इतने ध्यानमग्न हो गए थे की उन्हें उस शुक बालक और माता की आवाज़ में कोई अंतर नहीं लग रहा था। अचानक से कथा के अंत में उन्होंने माता से कुछ कहने के लिए जैसे हीआंखें खोली तो उन्होंने देखा देवी तो सो रही हैं तो फ़िर इतने देर से हूं स्वामी हूं स्वामी कौन कर रहा था। उन्होंने माता को जगाकर कहा कि इस अमर कथा को कोई छुप कर सुन था, अब चाहे  कोई भी हो मै उसे दंड तो जरूर दूंगा।

 तभी उनकी दृष्टी पेड़ पर बैठे उस बालक पर गई वो क्रोध से त्रिशूल लेकर उसे मारने के लिए दौड़ पड़े आगे आगे शुक बालक पीछे पीछे भोले बाबा। अब वो बालक बहुत घबरा गया और सोचने लगा कि दानवों से संकट होता है तो देवताओं के पास जाना चाहिए किंतु जब देवताओं से ही संकट हो तो कहां जाएं, फ़िर उसने सोचा कि देवों से संकट हो तो ब्राह्मण देवता के पास जाना चाहिए। 

और वो बालक बहुत ही तेज़ी से भागता हुआ महर्षी वेदव्यास के आश्रम में पहुंचकर देखा कि उनकी पत्नी उबासी ले रही थी सो वह बालक उनके मुख के मार्ग से होकर उनके गर्भ में पहुंच गया। भोले नाथ भी उसका पीछा करते हुए वेदव्यास जी के आश्रम में गुस्से से लाल नेत्र किए हुए त्रिशूल लिए पहुंचे। 

महर्षी वेदव्यास जी ने कहा प्रभु पहली बार दर्शन दिया वो भी इस रूप में बताईए मै आपकी क्या मदद कर सकता हूं। भोले बाबा ने गुस्से से थर थर कांपते हुए कहा कि एक चोर आपकी आश्रम में घुस गया है वो मेरी बहुत ही बहुमूल्य चीज़ चुराकर भागा है।

 वेदव्यास जी ने कहा कि चोरी और आपके घर में आपके घर में चोरी करने वाली कौन सी वस्तु है जो कोई चुराए। महादेव ने कहा उसने मेरी अमर कथा चुराई है अतः मै उसे मृत्यु दंड दूंगा। महर्षी हंसने लगे और कहा सच में आपका नाम भोले भंडारी है अगर उसने आपकी अमर कथा सुनी है तो वो तो अमर हो गया तो फ़िर आप उसे मृत्यु दंड कैसे देंगे।

 और अगर मान लिया आप उसे मृत्यु दंड दे भी देते हैं तो आपकी अमर कथा झूठी हो जाएगी। वैसे भी वो बालक तो मेरी पत्नी के गर्भ में चला गया है तो आपको अब नौ महीने उसकी प्रतीक्षा करनी पड़ेगी। 

भोले बाबा ने कहा तो मै भी यहीं बैठकर एक वर्ष की समाधी लेता हूं और उसके जन्म के उपरांत उसे यहां से लेकर ही जाऊंगा और हमेशा के लिए बंदी बनाकर अपने पास रखूंगा। ऋषि ने कहा कि अहोभाग्य उसके की आजीवन वो आपका बंदी बनकर आपके दर्शन पाता रहेगा। 

आपके बंदी बनने का सौभाग्य तो बड़े बड़े साधू संतो को भी नसीब नहीं होता। शुक बालक माता के गर्भ से सब कुछ सुन रहा था और उसने सोचा कि अरे भोलेबाबा समाधी ली भी तो केवल एक वर्ष की मै तो माता के गर्भ में सोलह वर्षों की समाधी लेने का प्रण करता हूं। एक वर्ष बीत गए महादेव नेअपनी समाधी से उठकर वेदव्यास जी से कहा लाईए अब मुझे उस बालक को दे दीजिए, महर्षी ने कहा माता के गर्भ से निकलना तो दूर की बात है अभी तो उसने अपना आकार तनिक भी नहीं बढ़ने दिया है। 

शायद वो आपके डर से ऐसा कर रहा है कृप्या आप उसे क्षमा कर दें। उसके अभी तक गर्भ से नहीं निकलने के कारण मेरी पत्नी को बहुत पीड़ा हो रही है। 

महादेव ने कहा ठीक है मै उसे क्षमा करता हूं।और वो कैलाश लौट गए। साढ़े पंद्रह वर्ष तक वो बालक अपनी माता के गर्भ में ही था, जिसके कारण वेदव्यास जी की पत्नी को अत्यंत पीड़ा होने लगी।तब वेदव्यास जी ने भगवान विष्णु को मदद के लिए पुकारा ।

 ऋषि की पुकार पर भगवान विष्णु प्रकट हुए और उन्होंने उस बालक से प्रार्थना की कि अब तुम अपनी माता के गर्भ से बाहर आकर तो देखो कि ये धरती कितनी सुंदर है।

 इसकी सुंदरता को देखकर तुम सब कुछ भूल जाओगे , तभी शुक बालक ने माता के गर्भ से ही कहा की हे भगवान विष्णु इसलिए तो मैं इस धरती पर नहीं आना चाहता हूं क्योंकि यहां आकर प्राणी आपको भी भूल जाता है। 

मै आपको कभी भूलना नहीं चाहता।

 फ़िर भगवान ने कहा कि हे बालक तुम इतने वर्षों से अपनी माता के गर्भ में हो तुम्हारी वज़ह से तुम्हारी माता को बहुत कष्ट हो रहा है इसलिए अपनी माता के लिए तुम शीघ्र बाहर आ जाओ इसपर सूक बालक ने कहा कि आप अगर मोह माया को रोक सकते हैं तो मै निश्चित बाहर आ जाऊंगा। 

भगवान ने कहा मोह माया को रोक पाना तो असंभव है हां मै सौवें हिस्से में एक क्षण को रोक सकता हूं और भगवान ने जैसे ही एक क्षण के लिए मोह माया को रोका की माता के गर्भ से निकलकर साक्षात् शुकदेव जी प्रकट हो गए।

Amar Katha is a very beautiful episode of Bhagwat. One day Brahma ji held a meeting of the gods.  The Gods questioned what love is, Brahma Ji said that love is the most precious thing of love, without love, love cannot be imagined.  

Then some of the Gods questioned what is the most love, while Narada ji was sitting nearby, he said that this is also a question to ask that the most love can only be in our dear Lord Vishnu and Mother Lakshmi. 

 Said that Brahma Brahmin should have the most love.  Some said that Brahma ji is the creator of the universe, he does not get free time from the creation of Srishti, then where will he have time for Brahmani, and now he has to talk about Lord Vishnu for twenty four hours of his devotees' day.  Whenever they call with love, they leave Mata Lakshmi at the same time and go to visit their devotees.  

The most loved is in Bhole Baba and Mata Parvati because they live with Mata Parvati day and night on Mount Kailash, for a short time, they would never go to Kailash and they never have any quarrel among themselves.  .

  On hearing this, Narada ji says, then I will go to Mount Kailash now and show you how his fight does not happen.  That is why Narada ji reaches Kailash and asks Mata where Mata Bhole Baba is, I had to ask him something important, then Mata started saying that Swami has gone out some time ago, you tell me what you need from him, his  As soon as I come, I will tell them.  Narada Ji did not say, Mother, this is a very secret thing, I cannot tell you.  Mother said, "Oh Narada, there is no secret between us, Mahadev tells me everything. So Narada Ji started saying, then tell me if you know about the Amar Katha."  Mother said that I do not know about Amar Katha, then Narada said that Amar Katha Bhole Shankar narrates to whom he loves the most.  And Narada went away.  

Mata started thinking which story that Swami did not mean to me that he does not love me the most.  Mata sat in a roost, when Bholenath Kailash came, he saw the face of the mother and realized that today the goddess is getting roasted by something.

  He asked Mata, what is it you are looking upset about? Mother said, first, you tell me that you do not love me the most?  Bhole Baba said that this is also a matter of asking whether I always love you the most.  

But what is the matter, tell me this  Mother said, why did you never tell me about Amar Katha, Bhole Baba closed his eyes and understood that it is good that Narada ji has done this to provoke the Goddess.  Mother said, I have to listen to the Amar Katha today and now, Baba said, okay I will tell you the Amar Katha today, but you have to follow some of its rules.  

During Amar Katha you do not have to sleep even for a single moment. During this story, Nidra Rani comes to take the exam and if you focus here for a while, you will sleep in the lap of sleep, and you will get  No benefit will be available.  

Because during the story, I will also keep my eyes closed and I will not know if you have fallen asleep, then for this I tell you a solution that when I am narrating the story, I am the owner in the middle, I am the owner, I am filling my heart  Stay so that I will know that you are awake. 

 Mother said, okay I will do the same you start the story.  Before starting the story, Bhole Baba played the first clap and took away all the living animals sitting on Kailash, by playing the second clap, sending his trident to revolve around Kailash thrice and remove the hidden creatures around there. 

 And playing the third clap made the atmosphere there fragrant, peaceful and devotional.  As soon as the story started by sitting under the Kalpataru tree, only then a shook child was born bursting from an egg on that Kalpataru tree.

  As soon as he was born, that child sat there and started listening to Amar Katha.  At the beginning of the story, the mother fell asleep, now he was listening to the story of the Shuk Balak, and in the middle I am Swami Hoon Swami was filling up with shouts.

  Because the parrot is adept at imitating others by nature, the child had seen him doing the same thing as the mother, I am the master, I was being interrupted in the same way, Mahadev Katha used to say that I had become so meditative that  He could not feel any difference in the voice of that soupy boy and mother.

  Suddenly at the end of the story, as soon as he opened his eyes to say something to the mother, he saw that the goddess is sleeping, then I am the owner for so long, who was Swami. 

 He woke up the mother and said that no one is listening to this immortal story in secret, I will surely punish her.  Then his eyes went to the child sitting on the tree, he ran out of anger to kill him with a trident, and the boy, the innocent boy, went back and forth. 

 Now that child got very nervous and started thinking that if there is a crisis with the demons then he should go to the gods, but when there is a crisis with the gods, then he thought that if there is a crisis with the gods, then the Brahmin should go to the deity.  

And that child ran very fast, reaching the ashram of Maharishi Ved Vyas and saw that his wife was getting bored, so that child reached his womb through his mouth.  Bhole Nath also followed him angrily to the Ved Vyas ji's ashram carrying a red-eyed trident.  

Maharishi Ved Vyas Ji said that the Lord appeared for the first time, also tell me in this form, what can I help you with.  Bhole Baba trembled with anger and said that a thief has entered your ashram and has run away after stealing my very valuable thing.  

Ved Vyas Ji said that there is theft and what is stealing in your house in your house that someone steals.  Mahadev said that he has stolen my immortal story so I will punish him.  Maharishi started laughing and said, "Your name is really naïve Bhandari. If he has heard your immortal story then he has become immortal, then how will you give him death penalty?" 

 And if you even give him death penalty then your immortal story will be false.  Anyway, if that child has gone into my wife's womb, then you will have to wait for nine months now.  

Bhole Baba said, I will sit here and take a Samadhi of one year and after his birth I will take him from here and will keep him captive forever.  The sage said that he will continue to get your darshan for the lifetime of his fate. 

 Even the sage saints, who are fortunate to be your captives, have no luck.  The boy was listening to everything from the mother's womb and he thought that he took the Bholebaba Samadhi even if he was only one year old, I pledge to take samadhi for sixteen years in the mother's womb.  

A year passed, Mahadev got up from his tomb and said to Ved Vyas ji, now give me that child, Maharshi said that it is a distant thing to get out of the mother's womb, so far he has not let his size increase.  Perhaps he is doing this because of your fear, please forgive him.  My wife is in a lot of pain due to her not yet coming out of the womb.  Mahadev said okay I forgive him and he returned to Kailash. 

 For fifteen and a half years, that child was in his mother's womb, due to which Ved Vyas ji's wife started to suffer a lot. Then Ved Vyas ji called on Lord Vishnu for help.  Lord Vishnu appeared on the call of the sage and he prayed to the child that now you come out of your mother's womb and see how beautiful this earth is. 

 Seeing its beauty, you will forget everything, then the souk boy said from the mother's womb that Lord Vishnu, I do not want to come to this earth because the creature here forgets you too. 

 I never want to forget you  Then God said, O boy, you have been in your mother's womb for so many years, because of this your mother is suffering a lot, so come out soon for your mother, on which the child said that if you stop the illusion  If you can, I will definitely come out. 

 God said it is impossible to stop Moh Maya, yes I can stop a moment in the hundredth part and as soon as God stopped Moh Maya for a moment, Sakshat Sukdev ji appeared from the mother's womb.

प्यारे किशन कन्हैया

प्यारे किशन कन्हैया,

प्यारे मुरली बजैया,

यशोदा मां के दिल की धड़कन, 

नन्द बाबा के आंख के तारे,

प्यारे किशन कन्हैया।

तुम सारे संसार रचैया,

तुमसे है ये धरा गगन सब,

प्यारे किशन कन्हैया।

श्रृष्टि के कण कण में तुम हो,

हर प्राणी हर वृक्ष में तुम हो,

प्यारे किशन कन्हैया।

हर युग में धरती पर आकर,

किया पापियों का संहार,

प्यारे किशन कन्हैया।

महाभारत के युद्ध काल में,

तुमने थामा धर्म का हाथ,

प्यारे किशन कन्हैया।

सदा प्रेम के भूखे आप,

आपके बिना कहां संसार,

प्यारे किशन कन्हैया।

भक्तों को गिरने ना देते,

सदा थामते उनका हाथ,

प्यारे किशन कन्हैया।

दही चिली पोटैटो रेसिपी

दही चिली पोटैटो बनाने के लिए सामग्री:।                      1आलू आधा किलो  

 2दो बड़े साइज़ का प्याज     

 3एक मीडियम साइज़ का शिमला मिर्च 

 4 दस से बारह कलियां लहसुन की

 5 दो बड़े चम्मच मैदा, चार बड़े चम्मच चावल का आंटा, दो बड़े चम्मच कॉर्नफ्लोर 

6 सरसो तेल

7 दहीऔर कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर

8 चिली सॉस और टोमैटो सॉस

बनाने की विधि:

सबसे पहले आलू को छीलकर चार चार टुकड़ों में काट लें और अच्छे से धोकर किसी पैन में थोड़ा पानी डालकर गैस पर उबलने के लिए रख दें। आलू को पूरा नहीं उबालना है बस 70% तक उबाल लें। फिर आलू को पानी से निकालकर पूरी तरह ठंडा होने दें,जब आलू पूरा ठंडा हो जाए तो उसमें दो बड़े चम्मच मैदा, चार बड़े चम्मच चावल का आटा, दो बड़े चम्मच कॉर्न फ्लोर और एक कटोरी में थोड़ी सी कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर और थोड़ा लहसुन का पेस्ट थोड़ी सी पानी में मिलाकर आलू को अच्छे से उन सबके साथ मिक्स कर लें जिससे कि आलू पर एक अच्छी सी कोटिंग आ जाए।एक पैन में सरसों का तेल डालकर गर्म होने गैस पर रख दें जब तेल अच्छे से गर्म हो जाए तो उसमें आलू के टुकड़ों को डाल दें और दोनों तरफ़ से पलटकर अच्छे से कुरकुरे करके तल लें।अब एक पैन में थोड़ा तेल गर्म करके उसमें थोड़ी सी लहसुन बिल्कुल बारीक कटी हुई डालकर एक मिनट चला लें और फिर उसमें प्याज़ को चार टुकड़ों में काट कर उसकी पत्ती अलग अलग निकालकर डाल दें शिमला मिर्च , नौ से दस कड़ी पत्ता डालकर तेज़ आंच पर दो तीन मिनट तक चला लें। दो छोटे चम्मच धनियां पाउडर डालकर उसे भी एक मिनट के लिए चला लें।एक कटोरी में पांच बड़े चम्मच दही में एक चम्मच मैदा, दो छोटी चम्मच चिली सॉस और दो छोटी चम्मच टोमैटो सॉस डालकर अच्छे से मिलाकर उसे भी शिमला मिर्च और प्याज के साथ अच्छे से भून लेंऔर फ़िर थोड़ा सा पानी डालकर ग्रेवी को तीन चार मिनट अच्छे से उबलने दें और फिर गैस को बंद कर उसमें जो आलू फ्राई करके रखा था उसे ग्रेवी में डालकर अच्छे से मिक्स कर लें। थोड़ी देर के लिए उसे ढंक कर रख दें जिससे आलू ग्रेवी को अच्छे से एब्जॉर्ब कर लेगा। ये रोटी, पराठे या चावल किसी के साथ भी बहुत टेस्टी लगता है। 

Ingredients to make Curd Chili Potato:.  1 pound of potatoes

 2 two big size onions

 3 one medium-sized capsicum

 4 ten to twelve buds of garlic

 5 two tablespoons all purpose flour, four tablespoons rice flour, two tablespoons cornflour

 6 mustard oil

 7 yogurt and Kashmiri red chilli powder

 8 chili sauce and tomato sauce

 recipe:

 First peel the potatoes and cut them into four pieces and wash them well and put some water in a pan to boil on the gas.  The potatoes do not boil completely, just boil up to 70%.  Then remove the potato from the water and let it cool completely. When the potato is completely cooled, add two tablespoons of flour, four tablespoons of rice flour, two tablespoons of corn flour and a little Kashmiri red chili powder and a little garlic in a bowl.  Mix the paste in a little water and mix the potatoes well with all of them so that the potato gets a good coating. Put mustard oil in a pan and keep it on heating gas when the oil is well heated  Add the potato pieces and flip them on both sides and fry them by crunching them well. Now heat a little oil in a pan, add a little bit of finely chopped garlic, stir it for a minute and then cut the onion into four pieces.  Remove the leaves separately and put the capsicum, add nine to ten hard leaves and stir for two to three minutes on high flame.  Add two teaspoons of coriander powder and stir it for one minute. In a bowl, add five tablespoons of curd, one teaspoon all purpose flour, two teaspoon chili sauce and two teaspoon tomato sauce, mix it well with capsicum and onion.  Fry well and then add a little water and allow the gravy to boil for three to four minutes, and then turn off the gas and fry the potatoes which were kept in it and put it in the gravy and mix it well.  Keep it covered for a while so that the potato will absorb the gravy well.  This roti, paratha or rice looks very tasty with anyone.

सोनू

एक गांव में एक औरत रहती थी। उसके दो बेटे थे। वो औरत बहुत ही सीदी सादी और धार्मिक विचारों वाली थी। भगवान का बहुत पूजा पाठ करती थी। उसके पति बहुत ही मूढ़ी स्वभाव के थे।

वो शहर में नौकरी करता था, पर अपने साथ अपने बीबी बच्चों को कभी नहीं रखता था। वो औरत अपने दोनों बच्चों के साथ अपने गांव में रहती थी। ईश्वर की कृपा से उसके दोनों ही बच्चे बहुत ही संस्कारी और अपनी मां के बड़े ही आज्ञाकारी थे। दोनों भाई पढ़ने में भी बहुत  ही अच्छे थे।

समय गुजरता गया उसके दोनों बेटे बड़े हो गए। दोनों भाई एम एससी साइंस लेकर कर रहे थे। वैसे तो दोनों बेटे अपनी मां का बहुत खयाल रखते थे लेकिन छोटा बेटा सोनू को अपनी मां से बहुत ज्यादा लगाव था। वो अपनी मां से बहुत प्यार करता था।

 दोनों भाईयों में भी बहुत प्रेम था। भगवान ने उसे राम लखन जैसे बेटे दिये थे। अपने बच्चों के साथ वो बहुत खुश रहती थी। अचानक से पता नहीं क्या हो गया जैसे उन्हें किसी की नजर लग गई।

 सोनू एम एससी फर्स्ट ईयर में गणित लेकर अपनी पढ़ाई जी जान लगा कर कर रहा था। वो अचानक से डिप्रेशन का शिकार हो गया। अब वो हमेशा परेशान सा रहने लगा। पूरे रात रात भर नींद नहीं आना हमेशा डरा डरा सा रहना। 

थोड़ी सी नींद आती भी तो डरावने सपने देखने के कारण घबराहट से उठकर चिल्लाने लगता। अपने बच्चे को इस तरह देखकर वो बेचारी बहुत परेशान रहने लगी। उसने बहुत सारे डॉक्टरों से उसका इलाज़ करवाया परंतु उसके बेटे की हालत दिन पर दिन बिगड़ता चला गया। उसका बड़ा बेटा जो कि दिल्ली में नौकरी करता था उसने अपनी मां से कहा कि सोनू को अब मैं दिल्ली ले जा रहा हूं। 

दिल्ली में एक से बढ़कर एक अच्छे डॉक्टर हैं वहां ये ज़रूर ठीक हो जाएगा।बड़े भाई ने दिल्ली लाकर उसका इलाज़ सुरु करवाया। दोनों भाई एक दूसरे से बहुत प्यार करते थे। बड़ा भाई अपने छोटे भाई का बहुत खयाल रखता था टाइम से उसे डॉक्टर से दिखाना, समय पर उसकी दवाई उसका खाना पीना सब कुछ। 

उसे पूरा विश्वास था कि अब उसका लाडला भाई ठीक हो जाएगा। लेकिन शायद उसके किस्मत में कुछ और ही लिखा था। एक दिन रात को उनका कोई दोस्त आया जो कि रेलवे में नौकरी करता था। 

बड़े भाई का नाइट ड्यूटी था वो ड्यूटी के लिए निकल रहा था तो छोटे भाई ने पूछा कि भैया मै जो आपके दोस्त आए हुए हैं उनके साथ जाकर थोड़ा घूम आऊं क्या? 

भाई ने सोचा कि शायद इसे घूमने का मन कर रहा है तो उसने कहा कि जा घूम ले लेकिन जल्दी आकर सो जाना तेरी तबियत ठीक नहीं रहती है। घूमते हुए सोनू और उसके दोस्त दोनों रेलवे स्टेशन पर पहुंचे।

 उसने अपने दोस्त से कहा कि आपको कोई काम है तो आप अंदर जाकर निपटा आओ तबतक मै यहीं आस पास घूम लेता हूं। उसके अंदर जाते ही सोनू सीधा जाकर रेलवे की पटरी पर लेट गया उधर से तेज़ रफ़्तार में ट्रेन आ रही थी उसने उसके टुकड़े टुकड़े कर दिए। स्टेशन पर अफरा तफरी मच गई।

 उसका वो दोस्त जैसे ही सुना कि कोई ट्रेन के नीचे आकर कट गया तो वो भागा हुआ बाहर आया और उसके पैरों तले से ज़मीन खिसक गई। उसने देखा जो लड़का ट्रेन के नीचे आकर कट गया वो कोई और नहीं सोनू था। फ़ौरन वहां पुलिस छानबीन के लिए पहुंच गई। पुलिस को सोनू के जेब से एक चिट्ठी बरामद हुई जिसमें लिखा था कि मैं खुद अपनी मर्ज़ी से अपना आत्महत्या कर रहा हूं, इसका ज़िम्मेदार मेरा भाई नहीं है। 

मेरा भाई मुझे बहुत प्यार करता है इसलिए उसे कोई सज़ा मत देना। मै भी अपने भाई और अपनी मां से बहुत प्यार करता हूं लेकिन मुझे लगता है कि मैं अब इन लोगों पर बोझ बन गया हूं और मैं बोझ बनकर नहीं जीना चाहता हूं। 

इसलिए मैं अपनी मर्ज़ी से सोच समझकर आत्महत्या कर रहा हूं। लेकिन आत्महत्या कोई समाधान नहीं है आत्महत्या तो बहुत बड़ा पाप है। सभी को हमेशा सकारात्मक सोच के साथ जीना चाहिए कि भगवान ने अगर कोई समस्या दी है तो उसका कोई ना कोई समाधान अवश्य होगा। 

किसी को भी भूलकर भी आत्महत्या का खयाल अपने दिल में नहीं आने देना चाहिए। हमेशा समस्या का समाधान ढूंढना चाहिए और उसके साथ डटकर लड़ने के लिए तैयार रहना चाहिए।          

A woman lived in a village.  He had two sons.  The woman was very simple and religious.  Worshiped God a lot.  Her husband was very silly.  

He used to work in the city, but never kept his BB children with him.  The woman lived in her village with her two children. 

 By the grace of God, both his children were very cultured and very obedient to their mother.  Both brothers were also very good at reading.  As time passed, both his sons grew up.  

Both brothers were doing MSc Science.  Although both the sons used to take care of their mother very much, but the younger son Sonu was very much attached to his mother.  

He loved his mother very much.  Both brothers also had a lot of love.  God gave him sons like Ram Lakhan.  She used to be very happy with her children.

  Suddenly, I do not know what happened, as they caught sight of someone.  Sonu was pursuing his studies with mathematics in the first year of MSc.

  He suddenly became a victim of depression.  Now he always started feeling a bit upset.  Not being sleepy all night, always being scared.

  Even a little sleepy, he used to get up and shout out of nervousness due to scary dreams.  Seeing her child like this, the poor lady started getting very upset.  He got him treated by many doctors, but his son's condition continued to worsen day by day.  His elder son, who used to work in Delhi, told his mother that I am taking Sonu to Delhi now.

  There is more than one good doctor in Delhi, it will definitely be fine there. Elder brother brought him to Delhi and got his treatment done.  The two brothers loved each other very much.  The elder brother was very considerate of his younger brother, showing him to the doctor from time to time, drinking his medicine on time and everything.  

He was confident that his beloved brother would be cured now.  But perhaps something else was written in his fate.  One night a friend of his came to work in the railway.  

The elder brother had night duty, he was leaving for duty, and the younger brother asked that brother, should I go with your friends who have come and roam around a little?  

Brother thought that maybe he wants to roam, then he said that go roam but it is not right for you to fall asleep early.  While walking, both Sonu and his friends reached the railway station.  

He told his friend that if you have any work, then you go in and deal with it, till then I roam around here.  As soon as he went inside, Sonu went straight and lay down on the railway track, from there the train was coming at a high speed, he broke it to pieces.  

There was chaos at the station.  As soon as his friend heard that someone got cut under the train, he came out running and ground slipped under his feet.  

He saw that the boy who came under the train and got cut was none other than Sonu.  Immediately police arrived there to investigate. 

 The police recovered a letter from Sonu's pocket stating that I am committing my own suicide on my own will, my brother is not responsible for it.  My brother loves me very much so don't punish him. 

 I too love my brother and my mother very much but I feel that I have become a burden on these people now and I do not want to live as a burden. 

 That is why I am committing suicide at my own discretion.  But suicide is not a solution, suicide is a big sin.  Everyone should always live with positive thinking that if God has given any problem then there must be some solution.  Nobody should forget the idea of ​​suicide in their heart.  One must always find a solution to the problem and be ready to fight back with him.

सकारात्मक विचार और नकारात्मक विचार में अंतर

ये बिल्कुल ठीक ही कहा जाता है कि जिसकी जैसी सोच होती है उसके जीवन पर उसका वही प्रभाव पड़ता है। हम जितना अपने विचारों सकारात्मक रखेंगे उतनी ही खुशियां हमारी जिंदगी में आएंगी। जहां सकारात्मक सोच होती है वहां ईश्वर का वास होता है। हमारा मन अंदर से हमेशा प्रसन्न रहता है। अगर हमारे आस पास कुछ बुरा भी हो रहा तो भी हम उसमें कुछ अच्छाइयां ढूंढ़ लेते हैं। कितनी भी कठिन से कठिन परिस्थिती क्यों न हो हम उससे लड़ने की शक्ति रखते हैं। हर विसम परिस्थिती में हम जीत जाते हैं। मन में किसी से भी कोई इर्ष्या या द्वेष की भावना नहीं होती। और वहीं बात करें नकारात्मक विचार वाले लोगों की तो ऐसी सोच वाले लोग कभी ख़ुश नहीं रहते। उनके पास चाहे भगवान ने कितनी भी खुशियां दी हो वो हमेशा अपना रोना ही रोते रहते हैं। ऐसी सोच वाले लोग जिनके भी मित्र होते हैं उन्हें भी अपनी तरह नकारात्मकता से भर देते हैं। ऐसी मानसिकता के लोग ना तो खुद कभी ख़ुश रहते हैं और ना दूसरों को ख़ुश रहने देते हैं। उनका तो पूरा जीवन ही रोते हुए निकल जाता है। कहते हैं कि भगवान कभी नकारात्मक जगह पर नहीं रहते हैं। भगवान कहते हैं कि मैंने तुझे कितनी भी खुशियां दी हो परन्तु फ़िर भी कभी तू ख़ुश नहीं रहते, लगता है तुम्हें हमेशा रोना ही पसंद है तो यही सही। जिसमें तुझे ख़ुशी मिलती है तो जा मै तुम्हें वही देता हूं। एक कहावत है कि जाकी जैसी भावना ताकी वैसी सोच। अतः सभी अपनी सोच को हमेशा सकारात्मक रखेंगे तो हमेशा प्रसन्न रहेंगे। हमेशा ईश्वर से प्रार्थना करें कि वो आपको हमेशा सही मार्ग पर चलने की प्रेरणा दें और हर क्षण हमारी सोच सकारात्मक हों। जय श्री राधे कृष्णा 🙏🙏❤️❤️

It is rightly said that he has the same effect on his life as he thinks.  The more we keep our thoughts positive, the more happiness will come in our life.  Where there is positive thinking, God resides there.  Our mind is always happy inside.  Even if something bad is happening around us, we still find some good in it.  No matter how difficult the situation may be, we have the power to fight it.  In every wonderful situation we win.  There is no envy or jealousy in anyone's mind.  And talk right there with negative thoughts, people with such thoughts are never happy.  No matter how much happiness God has given to them, they always cry their cry.  People of such thinking, who have friends, fill them with negativity as well.  People of such mentality neither ever feel happy nor allow others to be happy.  Their whole life only comes out crying.  It is said that God never stays in a negative place.  God says that I have given you so much happiness but even then you are never happy, it seems that you always like to cry, that is right.  In which you get happiness, then I give you the same.  There is a saying that think like Zaki.  So everyone will always keep their thinking positive and will always be happy.  Always pray to God that he will always inspire you to follow the right path and our thinking should be positive every moment.  Jai Shri Radhe Krishna 🙏🙏🌹🌹

कोरोना २०२० की भयानक महामारी

किसी ने सपने में भी इस तरह की भयावह स्थिति के बारे में कभी कल्पना भी नहीं की होगी। जन्म से लेकर आज तक ऐसी महामारी हम सबने कभी नहीं देखा की एक ऐसा वायरस जिसके चलते पूरे विश्व में लौक डॉन करना पड़ा। स्कूल, कॉलेज, यूनिवर्सिटी सभी बंद कर दिए गए। मंदिर, मस्जिद, गुरुद्वारे, चर्च सभी धार्मिक स्थल तक बंद करने पड़े। इंसान घरों के अंदर बंद हो गए और पशु _ पक्षी बाहर आज़ाद होकर बेखौफ घूम रहे हैं। सभी प्राइवेट और सरकारी दफ्तरों को महामारी और ज्यादा ना फैले उसके चलते बंद करना पड़ा। दो महीनों तक सबकुछ बंद होने के कारण आज देश की स्थिती बहुत दयनीय हो गई है। बेरोजगारी और गरीबी के बहुत बुरे दौर से आज देश गुज़र रहा है। सबसे बुरी स्थिती तो उन मजदूरों की है जिनके बदौलत आज शहरों में बड़ी बड़ी ईमारतें खड़ी हैं। कोरोणा की इस भयानक महामारी ने उन बेबस और लाचार मज़दूरों की ज़िंदगी को तबाह कर के रख दिया है। जो दो वक्त की रोटी कमाने के लिए अपने गाँव से शहरों में आए थे आज उनकी रोजी रोटी उनसे छीन चुकी है जिनकी वज़ह से वो इस वीरान और सुनसान शहरों को छोड़कर पैदल यात्रा करते हुए अपने गांव की ओर लौट रहे हैं। लौक डॉन के कारण सारी बस ट्रेन सब कुछ बंद है, ऐसी विसम परिस्थिती में वो बेचारे गरीब मजदूर दिल्ली से बिहार, मुंबई से यूपी और ना जाने कहां कहां से लंबी दूरी तय करके अपने गांव की ओर लौट रहे हैं। दस दस दिन के लंबे सफ़र में भूखे प्यासे रोते बिलखते हुए वो इस उम्मीद से गांव लौट रहे हैं कि यदि वो अपने गांव पहुंच जाएंगे तो कम से कम नमक रोटी खाकर भी अपना और अपने परिवार का पेट भर लेंगे। उनके अंदर एक खौफ है कि अगर वे इस महामारी के वक्त इन ऊंची ऊंची इमारतों वाले शहरों में रुक गए तो वो अपने परिवार सहित भूखे मारे जाएंगे। इन शहरों में कोई किसी के काम नहीं आता। हर तरह की परिस्थितियों में मारे तो जाते हैं ये गरीब मजदूर ही। पता नहीं और कब तक लोगों को इस कोरोना नामक वायरस से जूझना पड़ेगा। विश्व भर में अब तक इस महामारी ने लाखों लोगों की जान ले ली है। ज़िंदगी जैसे थम सी गई है, अभी तक इसकी ना कोई दवा आई है और ना कोई विकल्प। अब तो सब कुछ ईश्वर के हाथ में ही है। पता नहीं अब हम में से कौन बचेगा और कौन नहीं? अब तो सब कुछ बस भगवान भरोसे है। सभी मिलकर भगवान से प्रार्थना करें कि वो हम सबकी इस महामारी से रक्षा करें। जल्द से जल्द सब कुछ पहले जैसा हो जाए। जय श्री राधे कृष्णा हम सबकी रक्षा करें प्रभु।
